From 1985 Palsider is a business reality centred on cutting and trade of zinc steel sheets (skl - galvanized cover) aluminum - aluminum-zinc - electro-zinc - galvannealed - pre-varnished in different colors, with or without film.
Available in coils - strips - straps - sheets to size - corrugated sheet - chequered sheets in all grades from DX 56 to DX 51 until the steel-structured.
With specific mechanical tests we can certify the material provided depending on the use to be played: from Automotive Metal Deep Drawn Pressings to the higher range of construction profiles.
A warehouse continuously updated allows us to provide for our customers a durable service in the course of time, a reference also for more details needs.
Products
SKL Zinc-coated: so homogenous is suitable for a multitude of uses, for example: shares of computer, of household electrical appliances, of cars, of shelves - profiles - boxes - mono-blocks, moldings for agricultural and industrial use. Complies with Law ROHS.
With zinc coating Z 100/150, it can be used at sight or painted because it is completely smooth without imperfections. It is usually lightly oiled as protection.
Available from DX 51 to DX 56 until FE 450 and from thickness 0,3 mm until 4,0 mm is suitable for moldings, for painting, for shaping, for drilling, for chequering.
Galvanized steel cover: the surface that looks bright is the main feature of this product that is always difficult to find; covers may vary from Z 100 until Z 275 or more with material for external use with passivation; generally in grades DX 51 is suitable for bending, for shaping, for drilling, for chequering.
Available from 0,3 mm to 4,0 mm.
Electro-zinc: available from 0,6 mm to 3,0 mm. Born as a material for internal use because its surface cover of zinc is very low because it applied to electrolytic process. Suitable for welding and painting, can be found in grades from DC 01 to DC 06. Complies with Law ROHS.
Galvannealed: available from 0,6 mm to 4,0 mm. This material was born specifically for welding and painting because it offers the workability of a black/polished sheet with the surface protection of a zinc-coated sheet with cover Z 100/150. Suitable for both internal and external use, it finds application in various uses from Automotive Metal Deep Drawn Pressings to particular household electrical appliances, to profiles with the higher ranges. Available from DX 51 to DX 56 until FE 450. Complies with Law ROHS.
Pre-varnished: first choices and surplus of first choice of standard colors or special colors, meets the increasing needs in terms of aesthetics.Consists of a base of zinc-coated sheet, subsequently primered and then painted, it offers a guarantee of ten years required for your use. The application of film allows a process free from scratches or surface defects.
Covers, profiles, shutters, panels, household electrical appliances, mono-blocks, are just some of the uses of this kind of material. Available from 0,32 mm to 1,5 mm.
Aluminum/Alugal : this material was born to use in presence of heat as a special stoves, chimneys, mufflers, insulation for ovens. Available from 0,45 to 1,0 mm.
Aluzinc: thanks to the combination of percentages of aluminum and zinc within its covering, offers the greatest possible resistance to corrosion.Suitable for external use in sea areas or in the presence of difficult atmospheric factors.
Available from 0,4 mm to 1,0 mm.
Chequered: we enclosed our unique type of Chequering.From warehouse we have already pre-varnished chequered sheet as cover for small quantities; we usually have lengths of 4000 mm and 6000 mm. For quantitative superior to 4000 Kg. We offer chequering tailored both zinc-coated material and pre-varnished.
